Odell Beckham was taken by the New York Giants with the 12th overall pick in the NFL Draft on Thursday night. The former LSU wide receiver should fit right in in New York City since he is already engaged to model, Erica Mendez. (Jimmy Fallon mentioned the engagement during a segment where he introduced players on The Tonight Show.) Mendez, a Houston native and former Texas Tech student, is also an entrepreneur who is “working on her own lip gloss line, memoir and boutique” according to her website. In addition to all that, she also takes time out of her schedule to give personal training sessions. In addition to her website she has a private Twitter with 18K followers and a deleted Instagram account.

Kyle Van Noy was selected by the Detroit Lions with the 40th overall pick in the draft on Friday night. Van Noy, who attended BYU, is also engaged to Miss Utah, Marissa Powell. According to her Twitter profile, she is an ELITE model, but really, what makes her elite? Has she won a Super Bowl like Joe Flacco? I digress…

Samir Nasri is a vital player for Premier League Champions Manchester City. But that was not enough to get him selected for the French national team. Didier Deschamps left him off the 23-man Les Blues squad for Brazil. His girlfriend, model Anara Atanes, vented some frustration about the snub on Twitter.

Aaron Rodgers and Olivia Munn are dating according to US Weekly. The couple was spotted having dinner with friends over the weekend. While they were accused of stealing kisses during the meal, no formal charges have been filed.
Now that Rodgers is dating Munn – currently of The Newsroom, formerly of NBC’s criminally under-appreciated Perfect Couples – people can stop asking him questions about his sexuality. Rodgers previously dated actress Jessica Szohr. Rodgers and Munn presented an award for a song about a truck at the Country Music Awards in April.

Justin Verlander and Kate Upton were in TD Garden to watch the Montreal Canadiens eliminate the Boston Bruins from the Stanley Cup Playoffs on Wednesday night. Dave Navarro hosts a radio show called Dark Matter on TradioV.com. On the latest episode, co-host Dan Cleary and another of Navarro’s friends, Todd Newman, tried to get the rock guitarist / “Ink Master” judge to tell a story about the time he allegedly got oral sex from a woman while Alex Rodriguez watched on Skype. This was allegedly a woman who A-Rod had a past with, and it allegedly took place while A-Rod was married, which puts the story between 2002 and 2008. The story is in the clip above and is full of NSFW language.
Navarro does a masterful job of letting his friends tell the story and distancing himself just enough that he will be able to deny it in the future. Meanwhile, he helps fill in details before eventually putting his foot down and making everyone move on. The highlight being that while this was going on, he called Newman to ask who A-Rod was. At that point Navarro jumped in with, “I thought it was a rapper.”
After a few brief minutes, Navarro decides that this story probably should not have been told on a radio show and says, “I deny all of these allegations.” He then passes on talking about the time he saw A-Rod in a Miami nightclub after this first story took place. To sum up this very alleged story, Cleary says, “basically, you had a weird, quasi-cyber threesome with – at that time – the biggest baseball player in the world.”

Serge Ibaka returned to the lineup for the Oklahoma City Thunder just in time to maybe save the season. Ibaka scored 15 points to go along with 7 rebounds and 4 blocks in his first game of the Western Conference Finals on Sunday night. Ibaka was injured during the Thunder’s series-clinching win over the Los Angeles Clippers on May 15th and was thought to be lost for the season. Luckily, his girlfriend, singer Keri Hilson was there to save the day. Via USA Today:
“Even though he didn’t say it, I knew he needed me. I needed to do anything I could to put a smile on his face. He didn’t have a smile on his face all week. It was very hard. It was really hard. Bryce Harper is engaged to his girlfriend, Kayla Varner, an Ohio State soccer player. Varner, like Harper is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. Varner played for BYU as a Freshman and Sophomore. The couple’s engagement photos were posted on the blog of their photographer, but were taken down this afternoon after Twitter noticed them. The pictures showed Varner and Harper draped in red, white & blue at various D.C. locations.

Jameis Winston’s girlfriend Breion Allen, who is a basketball player at Rice, showed off some football skills with Jameis on a practice field and in Doak Campbell Stadium. Allen played in 26 games for the Owls in the 2014 season as a freshman, and scored 59 points.
Winston also threw a pass to himself, but it was nowhere near as deep or long as Gary Haynes, who’s 50-yard self-toss went viral.

Chandler Parsons was seen hanging out with Kendall Jenner over the weekend according to the Page Six Team. This is notable for many different reasons. First of all, we now know that Chandler Parsons is considered a “hottie.” Last we checked, Parsons, who turns 26 in October, had a girlfriend. Also, Kendall Jenner turns 19 in November. Josh Murray won this season of The Bachelorette. Josh, the older brother of Chiefs’ rookie QB Aaron Murray, was given “the final rose” (is that a euphemism?) by Bachelorette Andi Dorfmanand and the two are now engaged. They’ve been engaged for a couple months, but the final episode just aired this week so they’ve been sneaking around Atlanta yelling, “SPOILER ALERT,” whenever anyone entered a room they were both in.
“We kind of just chilled all the time,” Murray told ABC News. “We couldn’t do anything outside, obviously, and [we wore] a lot of disguises: wigs, hats. [And there was a lot of] coming over back ways.”
To pass the time, Dorfman, 27, cooked meals for Murray (think short ribs and steak) and even taught him to love sushi (almost!) as much as she does.
Watching a guy wear costumes to go to secret locations to eat food he doesn’t want sounds a lot more interesting than whatever it was ABC was showing every week. Anyway, let’s see how little brother Aaron Murray is doing in training camp.
Shit. I guess we’ll have to go to Twitter to find out how he’s actually doing.

Dustin Johnson is fresh off of a solid performance at the Open Championship where he tied for 12th at -9, but instead of carrying that momentum into the World Golf Championships-Bridgestone Invitational he’s withdrawn from the event citing “personal reasons”. Maybe it’s because he needs a break, maybe it’s because he didn’t feel like competing against a field that contains 49 of the top 50 players, or maybe it’s because he wanted to spend time with Paulina Gretzky.
